PASTOR MALCOLM THOMAS (former Escambia County School Board Superintendent) is asking all Pastors in Escambia County to either come or send a staff person or leader to attend this very important prayer and strategy meeting.

The meeting is to plan and pray so as to have a strategy and working plan in place before school returns in the fall.

  1. Guess some folks are REALLY missing the old procurement “system” that Dr. Smith was in the process of cleaning up.

    Follow the money. If somebody were to start a systematic PRR pull on the Escambia School District procurements for the last ten or twenty years, and whose faucets got shut off during Smith’s tenure, that just might give a pretty clear road map of who else was behind this.

    Oh, and about that elementary school that isn’t needed up in the North County…
