Escambia All For One has released this timetable for consolidation, assuming the city councils and the county commission stay on board with the concept:

November 2008  Meet with Pensacola City Council/ Century City Council/ County Commission  
 
December 2008  Legislative Delegation Meeting 
 
January 2009  Legislative Delegation files bill to create Constitutional Commission 
 
February 2009  Engage Community through Focus Groups & Town Halls 
 
March  2009   Legislature enacts law creating Constitutional Commission 
 
Spring 2009   Appointments & Meetings of the Constitutional Commission 
 
July 2009 – March 2010 Meetings of the Constitutional Commission 
and creation of new Community Constitution 
 
Fall 2010   Referendum on Community Constitution   
 
Fall 2010   If referendum passes New Community Constitution takes effect 
 
Fall 2010 – Fall 2011  Transition to New Unified Government
