  1. And Underhill tries to go on the offense on Studio 850 for his aide and BFF, Johnathan, as usual, lying through his teeth that once Bart had the records he was the custodian and had to by law provide it. Patently untrue. A lie, as usual. The county had passed an ordinance that records were to be looked at through the legal department prior to dissemination. Another interesting thing to note is ECW has taken down and removed files regarding these text. Perhaps they do know statute 817 applies. A felony. Also Arduini in his bluster revealed he had knowledge of texts not on the redacted version but quickly erased them about Studor when called on the carpet and another caught up in this did publish a text that was not on the redacted file, when asked who provided it he seemed willing to comply. The office of D2 continually unethically and now criminally disseminated info that was not for public consumption and basically was not held accountable and is now emboldened. It’s unfortunate that so many people have misunderstood and misused the FOIA and now the SAO officer refers them to mediation. This case DOES need to be looked at by Madden and the bad actors deposed and charged. It is criminal.
