Not mentioned lately is ‘Project Maeve’. Unless it was postponed and not reported, there seems to have been a scheduled Council vote on the “exclusivity” arrangement to take place on December 11th according to an article by the PNJ. But nothing has been reported on that result that I can find. Is it normal for a vote (or cancelation) to be secret? I was hoping to hear the first round of Council Members’ thoughts, concerns, etc. Pro or Con. I can only imagine. But now there seems to be radio silence.
