By far, the story receiving the most attention was my exclusive interview with Dr. Martha Saunders. Mayor D.C. Reeves had a rough week—the curbside recycling nightmare, continued pushback over the Police Chief Eric Randall’s resignation and mounting anger in the Black community.
My revealing the connections between new UWF Chief of Staff Clifford Humprey and controversail former UWF trustee Scott Yenor garnered statewide attention, and my interview with Dan McFaul about his lifelong friend Jeremy Cassidy reminded us of the sacrifices our men and women in law enforcement make daily.
