Tourism update for Jan 2014

The board of Visit Pensacola meets today. According to its agenda packet, Pensacon generated 672 room nights with a value of $2.475 million. Here are the estimates on other meetings and groups hosted in Escambia County:

2014 Immersed in Ink 1/23-1/27: 100 Room nights, $770,000

2014 Pensacola Classic (Youth soccer) 2/13-2/17: 399 Room nights, $650,000

2014 National Flag Football 1/3-1/5: Room nights awaiting stats, $379,500

2014 Pensacola Beach Half Marathon: Room nights awaiting stats, $180,000

2014 PDFA Agility Trials (Dogs): 400 Room nights, $114,000
