Pensacola’s Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate and Clark Partington Attorneys at Law have been named among the top 100 Florida’s Best Companies To Work For. This is the fourth consecutive listing for both.
The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program is managed by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group and endorsed by the HR Florida State Council.
The annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida list, featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, ranks 100 companies across small, medium, and large employer categories. To participate, companies were required to have at least 15 workers in Florida and be in operation for at least one year.
Participating companies underwent a comprehensive evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process included an employee satisfaction survey, with combined scores determining the final rankings.
According to Florida Trend Executive Editor Amy Keller, the best companies distinguish themselves beyond compensation. “The best companies invest in people and find creative ways to motivate and reward employees and help them grow. They’re also purposeful about creating a great culture,” Keller explained. “These employers find ways to encourage connection and camaraderie — and they also prioritize giving back to their communities.”
