The Gulf Coast Economics Club has announced Escambia County Commissioner Doug Underhill will speak at its Wednesday, Feb. 18 meeting.
In his civilian role, Commissioner Underhill has taught Joint Cyberspace Planning and Targeting at every Geographic Combatant Command. He now serves as a Senior Security Analyst conducting Cyber Security for the Department of Homeland Security as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserve.
The Gulf Coast Economics Club hosts the monthly meeting at New World Landing at noon with a social starting at 11:30 am. Please call Kathryn Thompson at 850-723-2423 to RSVP before Feb. 11. Cost for the lunch is $20 for guests, $10 for students, and members are free.
