13th Annual Women’s Studies Conference
Date: Wednesday, April 16
Time: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: UWF Conference Center
Details: The conference provides a convivial atmosphere of food, an art exhibit and a luncheon in which presenters and those in attendance may mingle and exchange information. We encourage attendance of all or any part of the event, which is expected to include a luncheon and a reception at the end of the day. The Conference is a great occasion for students to showcase their work on gender and women’s studies, gain experience in conference presentation, and build their resumes for later employment or academic applications. The Women’s Studies Conference is an opportunity for students to participate in an event supporting the University’s academic mission and scholarly culture by placing a spotlight on high quality scholarship by students.
