Pensacola Chief Operations Officer Tamara Fountain told Inweekly that the long-awaited new food vendors at the Pensacola International Airport will open next year in three stages.
The Pre-security concessions – Einstein’s Bros. Bagels and Pensacola Beach House – are set to open the week of Jan. 12. The concessions on the other side of security in the gate area will open in the first week of February. Those concessions will include Einstein’s, Pensacola Beach House and Freshens.
Travelers will have wait a little longer for Chick-fil-A. Bids for construction of the Chick-fil-A location will be awarded in January with construction beginning toward the end of the month, according to Fountain.
