Downtown Milton Fire Update
* The fire was called under control at 11:30 p.m., currently not called contained.
* U.S. Highway 90/Caroline Street between Ward Basin Road and Canal Street will be closed until further notice.
* A second patient was transported to West Florida Medical Center; the smoke aggravated the pre-existing medical condition of an adult female living near the fire.
* The state fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
