UWF museums open for free for evacuees

From UWF Historic Tryst: “Though the University of West Florida is closed, our museums are open for business. Our thoughts are with our fellow Floridians who are anticipating impact from Hurricane Irma, many of whom have made unexpected, and unbudgeted, trips to Pensacola.

“In hopes that we can, in some small way, make their evacuation a bit easier, we are offering Hurricane Irma evacuees free admission to our T. T. Wentworth, Jr Museum, Pensacola Children’s Museum, Historic Pensacola Village and Pensacola Museum of Art through Saturday, Sept. 16.”
