We received reports that a voting machine jammed at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church around 7:45 a.m. According to voters there, the precinct was crowded, but someone noticed that one voting machine had only registered 56 votes on its counter. Poll worker opened the machine and counted 113 ballots. Those ballots were placed aside (we were told they were placed on the floor).
People were angry, saying they were not going to leave until they are sure their votes are counted.
