Blue Wahoos Catcher Tucker Barnhart, Pitcher Chad Rogers and Outfielder Ryan LaMarre are among the minor league players added this past week to complete the Cincinnati Reds’ 40-man roster.
Barnhart, 22, appeared in 98 Wahoo games batting .260 with three bombs and 44 RBIs. He was second on the team with 19 doubles and led the team in free passes with 45.
Rogers, 24, started 13 games picking up a 3-2 record. His 2.20 ERA was one of the best on the team only allowing 17 earned runs in 69.2 innings before he was moved up to Louisville.
LaMarre, 25, played in 126 games for the Wahoos. He led the team in runs scored, triples, and stolen bases while ranking in the top three in at-bats, hits, doubles, home runs, total bases, and walks. MLB.com ranked LaMarre the 13th top prospect in the Reds organization.
