Wal-Mart figures out how to keep cheap labor

Morning paper Wal-Mart,the nation’s largest private employer, is capping wages, using more part-time workers and scheduling more workers on nights and weekends. The NY TImes has an article on it in today’s edition: Wal-Mart to Add More Part-Timers and Wage Caps
