The City of Pensacola has issued a notice of intent to dispose of 2305 W. Cervantes St. and 2301 W. Cervantes St., currently known as the Pensacola Motor Lodge. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the city’s plan to solicit proposals from qualified developers interested in purchasing the property for redevelopment with the goal of delivering long-term affordable housing.
Interested parties who wish to be considered for this opportunity must submit a proposal to the city no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025. Project and participation requirements will be posted on the City of Pensacola’s website here.
The city intends to transfer ownership of the above-referenced property to a qualified developer committed to creating affordable housing. This redevelopment initiative advances the city’s commitment to increasing housing opportunities, strengthening neighborhood stability, and supporting the urban design principles outlined in the Westside CRA Plan Update 2025.
