Sanwa Holdings Corp. has reached an accord with Wayne Dalton Corp. to expand its global presence by buying the U.S. company’s mainline door business.
Japan’s largest maker of doors and window shutters by sales said it will begin the process of acquiring the Ohio-based firm’s division which produces shutters and the like for garages and industrial facilities. Such business makes up about 95% of Wayne Dalton’s annual sales.
