West will be hosting a Job Fair to hire 50+ associates interested in becoming licensed insurance agents. West is seeking candidates with strong sales and customer service experience, and will pay all costs associated with training and licensure. The Job Fair will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2014, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 5031 Commerce Park Circle in Pensacola, Florida.

Insurance Customer Care/Sales Agents will start at $11 per hour, which will be increased to $13.00 per hour plus incentives once the associate becomes a licensed agent. This is a full-time position.
