(Omaha, Neb., June 4, 2012) – West recently announced plans to hire more than 230 new, full-time, customer service representatives at its Pensacola office. These new positions offer many benefits, and West has just announced one more – an increased starting wage of $11 per hour. As part of its hiring efforts, West will hold a two-day job fair on June 5 and 6, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Pensacola office, located at 5031 Commerce Park Circle.
The new positions are due to growth from two existing West clients, a pre-paid cellular phone service provider and a high-speed internet and cable provider. These full-time customer service representatives are responsible for receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
In addition to the increased hourly wage, the customer service representative positions offer employees an employer-matched 401(k), paid training, tuition reimbursement and more. West is looking for candidates with a solid work history. All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen.
