What County employees told ATF about the jail explosions

The daily newspaper posted online the 300-plus surveys completed by prisoners who were in the Central Booking & Detention Center when it exploded on April 30.

I’ve pulled together the ATF investigators’ reports on their interviews with correctional officers, facilities maintenance and other county employees. This is list is shorter and very interesting to read
