When I wrote about the lack of substantive bills being proposed by our local legislative delegation, state Rep. David Murzin sent me this note:

On Tuesday, March 4 the 2008 Legislative Session began, and like my colleagues in the House I have filed six bills for consideration this Session.

HB 239 Employee Leasing Companies—this bill clarifies the regulations Professional Employee Leasing Organizations, PEO’s, dealing with worker’s compensation.
