When good ideas go terribly wrong

In 1970s, a group of scientists had this bright idea to use 2 million tires as an artificial reef off the shores of Ft. Lauderdale. Thirty years later, the area is a dead zone for marine life and government officials are trying to figure out what to do. Estimated price tag for the clean-up: $5+million.
