Citrus County Supervisor of Elections Maureen “Mo” Baird notified a candidate that he would not be on the primary ballot on Tuesday, June 25 – 11 days after her office published that he had qualified.

Maureen ‘Mo’ Baird has served at your Citrus County Supervisor of Elections office full time since 1985. She was elected to the office of Citrus County Supervisor of Elections in August 2020 and sworn into office January 5, 2021.
Baird is a member of the Florida Supervisor of Elections (FSE) and serves on the executive board. She is a member of the National Elections Center, where she maintains her certification as a Certified Election Registration Administrator (CERA). She also maintains her certification as a Master Florida Certified Election Professional (MCFCEP) with the Florida Supervisor of Elections.
