Who is Mo Baird?

Maureen ‘Mo’ Baird has served at your Citrus County Supervisor of Elections office full time since 1985. The knowledge she gained working over 85 elections proves to be essential in keeping your vote safe and secure in Citrus County. During her tenure she has served in all aspects of elections. She was elected to the office of Citrus County Supervisor of Elections in August 2020 and sworn into office January 5, 2021.

Baird is a member of the Florida Supervisor of Elections (FSE) and serves on the executive board. She is a member of the National Elections Center, where she maintains her certification as a Certified Election Registration Administrator (CERA). She also maintains her certification as a Master Florida Certified Election Professional (MCFCEP) with the Florida Supervisor of Elections.
