Will School Board write an apology letter, too?

The 16-year-old Tate High School student charged with sexual assault of a 14-year-old female student in a classroom has pleaded no contest this morning. He will be on probation until he turns 19 years old. He also must avoid all contact with the victim, and was instructed to write a two-page letter of apology to the girl.

Will the Escambia County School Board also write a letter of apology to the victim for suspending her for 13 days and branding her a culpable before the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office conducted its investigation?
