State Rep. Jayer Williamson (R-Santa Rosa County) has been named the chair of the House Government Operations & Tourism Committee, which is under the Appropriations Committee. He will serve on the Joint Legislative Budget Commission, which he will have a seat where in the room where the budget happens.
Williamson is also vice chair of Workforce Development & Tourism Subcommittee and a member of Energy & Utilities Subcommittee.
