Today’s News Journal is like reading last week’s blog. Front page tells you that there is a signed developer agreement on the CMPA.
It doesn’t look like City Manager Al Coby is in any hurry to get the agreement to the City Council for a vote. The PNJ reports Coby might not present it until mid-April.
I suggest the City Council press the Coby and Dick Barker,the City finance director, to develop the financing plan for the CMPA and deliver to the City Council at the same time. Let’s quit dragging this out.
