County Budget Director Amy Lovoy reports that Escambia County has sent ESIS Government Entity Claims Team, the BP subcontractor handling claims, on Friday, June 11, an invoice for $9.1 million.
The invoice covers $74,923 actual expenditures in May; $4,837,858 of actual and estimate expenditures for June; and an advance of $4,218,167 for July expenses.
Lovoy is in contact with ESIS, but hasn’t received a check yet.
