Aug. 30 primaries may already been decided

According to the Supervisor of Elections in our area, 58,965 people have already cast their votes in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties either by mail-in ballots or early voting. In the Republican primary elections, 42,016 votes have been cast; Democrats 12,628.
