Sewage Plant Transition On Track

According to ECUA spokesman Jim Roberts, the transition from the downtown sewage plant to the state-of-the-art facility in Cantonment is 95 percent complete. He says that everything is on schedule with the new facility, with an estimated operation time of late August.
