Inquest hearing set on Preyer death

The Office of the State Attorney announced today that a Petition has been filed requesting that an inquest be held regarding the death of Jerry Preyer. Preyer died on 6/13/06 while in custody at the Escambia Co. Jail.

Inquest hearing will be held before Judge Thomas Johnson on 3/15/07 @ 8:30 a.m.
