This is so classic BP. ESIS is the contractor responsible for handling all the claims for BP. The little ones are done locally, the larger ones are sent to Hammond, La.
Today Escambia County got a letter from Harold Windham of the BP Claims Processing Center saying:
“To date, we have not been able to contact you regarding your claim as we do not have a working phone number to reach you. Please contact us at 800-573-8249 so we can discuss your claim.”
