Tuesday July 13- Beach Report
Day 85 of the Deepwater Horizon BP Oil Spill Response

· Weather-
Today: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before
1pm. Partly cloudy, with a high near 93. West southwest wind
between 10 and 15 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 79. West southwest
wind between 10 and 15 mph.

· Pensacola and Perdido Pass- Both Passes are clear.

· Beach Report- Along Perdido Key there are sporadic tar balls
and staining in a coverage area ranging up to 5 percent spanning
20 to 40 feet wide. On Pensacola Beach, sporadic tar balls can
be seen covering an area about 1 percent of the beach in a patch
about 20 to 50 feet wide.
