Where will Donovan drop off petitions?

Marty Donovan has told the daily newspaper that he has until midnight to complete his petition drive against the maritime park. If he doesn’t bring them to City Hall at 5 p.m., then who will he deliver the petitions to? Will he take them to Rusty Wells or Al Coby personally?

If they aren’t delivered to City Hall before it closes today, then he risks the entire petition drive being invalidated. There will be no way to verify if the signatures were collected before the deadline.

This issue should have been brought up by Donovan and Nobles long ago.
