Buzz: BP moving all clean up operations to Bayou Chico

The other bit of news that I’m hearing through the grapevine is that BP will be expanding its operations at Bayou Chico and moving more of its staging there. Good thing the Pensacola City Council got that surety bond….oops, no, they didn’t.
