Real Estate Seminar tonight – experts, no cost

“Making Lemonade Out of Lemons”

PENSACOLA, Florida – September 10, 2010 – The council is presenting a seminar entitled “Making Lemonade Out of Lemons”. The purpose of the seminar is to educate our community how, even during trying times and economic setbacks, opportunities always abound. Real estate has never been as readily available to the average home buying public as currently exists in today’s market. “The opportunities are great but there are risks. It is essential to have a real estate attorney be a part of the process so that you get a clear and good title. Our council is offering the public an opportunity to listen to experienced attorneys for free,” said attorney Gregory P. Farrar, President of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Real Estate Council.

The speakers at the seminar will discuss current real estate issues and the new requirements and challenges facing real estate buyers and sellers in obtaining financing for the transaction. “With great opportunities come great risks,” said Farrar. It is the goal of the council to educate our real estate buying and selling community so that they may benefit from these opportunities and avoid the pitfalls and challenges.”

“Our community and our country have always come back from natural and manmade disasters and it is in our basic nature to turn lemons into lemonade” said Farrar. Experienced real estate attorneys and other real estate professionals will be present to educate homeowners or potential homeowners in our community.
