NYT: GOP takes House, falls short in Senate

Nate Silver of the New York Times in his FiveThirtyEight blog is forecasting that the Republicans will take over the House of Representatives (224-211) but will fall short in the U.S. Senate (52-48). He gives the Democrats a 35 percent of chance of controlling at least 218 House seats, but 78 percent chance that Democrats will control at least 50 seats.
