Buzz: What is Coby’s job?

At noon yesterday when Ashton Hayward was sworn in, the new city charter become completely enacted. There is no city manager position under the new charter. What is Al Coby’s job today? Does he have a job? If so, what are his new duties?

No one on Hayward’s transition team is ready to answer those questions.
