Heard through the grapevine yesterday that the rate increase for City of Pensacola’s sanitation department and the fuel surcharge are only stop gap measures. There may be even more increases later in the year.
City, County, ECUA ….we’re paying for duplication of services and carrying more overhead than necessary.
