BP subcontractors are now complaining

Biloxi Sun Herald: Subcontractors say they are owed millions for BP oil-disaster cleanup but the Texas company BP hired to oversee the work is months behind in paying. They made a lobbying trip to the Mississippi Legislature Tuesday to complain and draw media attention to their plight. Read more.
