From The Herald (Everett, Wash.) comes an interesting take on the keys to Boeing winning the $30-billion Air Force contract that the Gufl Coast region needed so badly. Everett is the home to Boeing’s facility that builds the 747, 767, 777 and 787 Dreamliner production lines.
