Buzz: Is Scott soliciting funds to repay himself?

Very quietly, below the shouting of the protestors and out of earshot of the hardcore GOP party members, there was a buzz yesterday that Gov. Rick Scott was in town, not only to speak at the local Lincoln dinner, but also was raising campaign money so the he can pay himself back for the loans he and his wife made to his 2010 campaign.

If true, then we have a colossal scam going on. Millionaires can run using primarily their own money. When they win, they use the power of their position to coerce people to help them repay the loans made to the campaign. Of course, they have to win.
