Daily has good Sunday issue, plus ad first

The Pensacola News Journal scores high marks on its news coverage of the state retirement system proposals and the property tax giveaways. It also scored a first—a news section that has a full-page ad as its first page.

Brilliant, it has to be the best April Fool’s Day prank ever. Readers thought they were getting coupons and special deals for Joe Patti’s Seafood only to find more news. I can’t stop laughing.
