Scott met with Koch brothers

It was a gathering of GOP conservative wizards. Miami Herald reports Gov. Rick Scott flew to Colorado over the weekend to attend a secretive policy retreat hosted by powerful conservative donors Charles and David Koch. He joined Republican Govs. Rick Perry of Texas and Bob McDonnell of Virginia. Read more.
