Buzz: ECUA dictated new county districts

The County district boundaries were redrawn with the ECUA board members in mind. The County Commission did not want to deal with a lawsuit from an ECUA board member who got drawn out of his/her district. The ones that were the hardest to keep – Larry Walker, Lois Benson and Elvin McCorvey.
