Buzz: GLA built on stormwater drain

The Global Learning Academy is set on the back part of the old Gulf Power headquarters property. It’s in a valley at the bottom of a steep hill. Apparently it is also on a stormwater drain. While the school board has been told that there are no problems with the construction and its completion, I keep hearing the opposite.
