Press Release: The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra and Maestro Peter Rubardt will accompany Beth Nielsen Chapman for a special concert on Thursday, November 17 at the Saenger Theatre. This performance is presented by the Center for Clergy Care and Education and is part of the Symphony’s 86th season. Acclaimed singer/songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman is known for her soulful songwriting style, drawing from her own personal triumphs and tragedies. She has written hit songs and performed with an eclectic group of artists including Faith Hill, Bonnie Raitt, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Neil Diamond, Emmylou Harris and others. Her music has been used in numerous television shows and on soundtracks for movies such as “The Prince of Egypt,” “Message In A Bottle,” “The Rookie,” “Where The Heart Is” and “Practical Magic.” A renowned and in-demand songwriting teacher and creative coach, Beth has taught at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama, The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and Berklee College of Music.

The Center for Clergy Care and Education is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization designed to address the spiritual, educational, psychological, and emotional needs of pastors and their families. The Center is dedicated to providing pastors with support services and continuing education to help them fulfill their professional and personal responsibilities.
