Gulfport city officials want to deal only with the higher-ups at BP when it comes to negotiating payments and settlements, and they’ll consider “aggressive litigation†if their demands aren’t met. Council members earlier this week unanimously approved a request to BP that the company include high-level management in its negotiations with the city.
