When in doubt hire a consultant

TEAM Santa Rosa recently disseminated a Request for Proposal in solicitation of a consultant who would be contracted to determine the best structure for Santa Rosa Countyâ€™s economic development organization. Responses to this request are due on Tuesday by the close of business.

No word whether Mort O’Sullivan or Gene Valentino have submitted a proposal.
