Outdoor Shopping to Continue

Cold weather won’t keep the bargain hunters away. Palafox Market has decided to keep the shopping spirit alive starting Saturday, Jan. 7.

The market will be open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. through April 30, except when other events that hold permits for Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza are being held. The market will not operate on: Jan. 21, Feb. 18, March 10 and March 24.

The Palafox Market is located in Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza on Palafox between Chase and Wright Streets in downtown Pensacola. Goodies such as fresh, seasonal produce, baked goods, plants, honey, homemade jams and local art are available at Palafox Market. For more information go to palafoxmarket.com.
